Bentornato a Milano During their trip to Europe in September, Patricia and Jennifer went first to Paris for the Première Vision Fall 2021 Trade Show (read about it here). They then traveled to Milan for the Lineapelle International Leather Show. The timing was fortuitous. People were traveling again, attending events, meeting in person. Luckily, Patricia and Jennifer were back home by the time the next pandemic wave hit.  The Lineapelle is held at the Fieramilano, a fairground and exhibition facility in Rho, Italy near Milan. It is one of the largest exhibition centers in the world. More than 700 exhibitors participated in the show with attendance almost at pre-pandemic levels with over 11,000 visitors.  Being there in person after a two-year absence was especially meaningful for Patricia and Jennifer. Collections for winter 2022/2023 were the focus, and the Lineapelle is considered one of the best places in the world to take in leather designed for the fashion industry.     Patricia and Jennifer also enjoyed some of Milan's charms. As all Patricia Nash aficionados surely know by now, Italy is especially dear to Patricia.  And what's a visit to Italy without enjoying the amazing cuisine?      No trip to Italy is complete without shopping.     And whether window shopping or on a mission, Patricia was thrilled to head back to some of her favorite local shops and much-loved vintage stores.       Even fruit and vegetable markets are a bounty of beauty.     The magnificent cathedrals, museums, the area's natural beauty, and the people make Milan an ideal destination.
