First, I wanted to let you know that our hearts go out to everyone affected during this crisis. I don’t know any person or business who has not had to make a sacrifice or hard decision during this time. We also know the uncertainty and fear can be devastating and we are so grateful for our customers who continue to lift each other up on social media.

We will keep our Flagship Store temporarily closed but we are now open by appointment only. Please contact our customer service team at 1-877-743-6274 to schedule an appointment to shop or bring items in for repair or return. Our website will be up and running as long as conditions allow it. However, we may encounter some delays in processing orders as demand increases online and we have a lean crew processing orders, making sure everyone is safe and following proper protocols. Please keep up to date with any expected delays on our website shipping page.
Our customer service team are working alternative schedules and remotely when necessary to keep each other safe but also to respond to all customers without any interruptions. We appreciate your patience during this time and hope you are all staying safe and comfortable with your families.
