Complete Warranty Policy
Patricia Nash items carry a limited one-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase when purchased from an authorized Patricia Nash retailer**. This warranty can be extended to two years if registered online with proof of purchase at https://patricianashdesigns.com/pages/register-your-purchase. Our warranty is limited to damages not caused by normal wear and tear over time; customer abuse or misuse; cosmetic damage or cleaning; staining; damage or loss caused by an airline or other transit damage; incidental or consequential damages, including damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses. This limited warranty extends only to the original owner and is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the product.
For registered products, we are pleased to offer free repair services for products purchased from an authorized Patricia Nash retailer within this limited warranty period. If your registered product falls within our limited two-year warranty period but is, in our discretion, beyond repair, we will offer a credit to purchase a replacement from patricianashdesigns.com. This credit may be used on an exact replacement product, if available, or another product of your choosing.
For registered products falling within our limited warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us for repairs or replacement at customer’s expense. Patricia Nash Designs will cover all shipping expenses of the repaired or replaced item back to the customer. Defective products however will not be returned to the customer.
For items purchased outside of our limited warranty period, please contact our customer service team at cs@patricianashdesigns.com or (877) 743-6274 to start the process and have the item assessed. Our team will contact you with recommendations and costs.

For Luggage:

For Patricia Nash Luggage items, our limited warranty covers all mechanical components of the luggage such as the handle and wheels and we will be happy to repair such parts, if repairable. This credit may be used on an exact replacement product, if available, or another product of your choosing.
