As we entered 2020, we had grand plans to have personal appearance events in stores, but of course, we can't have events like this with the current environment. So, we are pressing ahead with this event with balloons and TVs showing our updated brand video in stores, and Zoom events with top customers in each location. In addition to Zoom, there will be Facebook Live events that will be open to the public to engage with Patricia.
